- PenidaTourism.com is an online platform that showcases travel and transportation options in Nusa Penida and surrounding islands.
- All bookings are handled manually via WhatsApp communication.
- By contacting us via WhatsApp, you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them.
2. Booking Process via WhatsApp
- To make a booking, you must send an inquiry through the WhatsApp number listed on our website.
- Our team will confirm availability, pricing, and itinerary through chat.
- Once you confirm the details, we will proceed with the reservation on your behalf.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after you have received written confirmation from our team.
3. Prices and Payments
- All prices provided via WhatsApp are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may vary depending on availability, seasonality, or changes from our partners (boat operators, tour providers, etc.).
- Payment is usually required in advance via bank transfer or other methods provided during the WhatsApp conversation.
- We do not process online payments on the website.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider (e.g., fast boat, tour operator). These will be clearly communicated via WhatsApp during the booking process.
- Refund eligibility is subject to those provider policies.
- PenidaTourism.com will assist you in communicating with the provider but is not responsible for their refund decisions.
5. Changes and Modifications
- You may request changes to your booking (date, time, number of passengers, etc.) by contacting us via WhatsApp.
- All changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
- We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee them.
6. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all passengers have valid identification, tickets (if issued), and meet any applicable health or entry requirements.
- PenidaTourism.com is not responsible for delays or issues caused by missing documents or non-compliance with local regulations.
7. Third-Party Services
- PenidaTourism.com acts as a facilitator between you and third-party service providers (e.g., boat companies, drivers, tour operators).
- We do not own or operate the transportation or tour services.
- All services are provided "as is" by the respective providers, whose terms may also apply.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to work with reliable partners, PenidaTourism.com is not liable for:
- Delays or cancellations caused by weather, technical issues, or third-party decisions
- Loss of personal belongings or luggage
- Injuries or accidents during travel or activities
Our liability is limited to the scope of booking facilitation.
